Why do you need a personal chef?

Is dinner time a chore?  No time to menu plan or grocery shop?  Tired of take out and frozen pizzas?  A personal chef is the answer to your dinner time dilemma!
Personal chef services include and provide:

  • free consultation where we will discuss your food likes and dislikes, food allergies and type of meals you want prepared
  • menu planning. . . custom planned menus for your family based on likes, dislikes, dinner time favorites and dietary needs.
  • grocery shopping and all necessary supplies. . . I'll be there on your cook day with the groceries and cooking supplies needed to prepare your meals.  I'll bring my chef's kit which includes all pots, pans, baking dishes and utensils.
  •  packaging. . . and labeling with heating instructions.  Meals can be frozen and/or placed in the fridge for fresh serve meals.
  •  a clean kitchen and the house that smells like you have been home cooking all day!
  •  more time with your family while still enjoying delicious and nutritious home cooked meals

RILEY'S BIRTHDAY BASH

When you plan a birthday party for a one year old and her guest list includes ages one year to eighty, you have to make sure you include some tasty treats for everyone.  The menu mainly consisted of finger foods due to the fact that the birthday girl eats all of her meals with her fingers!

The menu included Salad Stuffed Pasta Shells, Italian Meatballs, Crunchy Breadsticks . . . Homemade Ham Salad with crackers, Rolled Tacos and Tortilla Chips with Salsa, Sausage and Bacon Skewers, Tiny Terryaki Kabobs, Fruit and Veggie Trays with Dip . . .

And of course Mini Hot dogs in Puff Pastry and everyone's favorite PB&J Sandwiches!

Riley had her own giant cupcake while party guests had a dessert of kid friendly cup cakes in a cone!

Happy Birthday Riley!
